On 19 March 2025, Jointown disclosed the Announcement on the Subsidiary Becoming the Marketing Authorization Holder for Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets. On March 17, Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, received two notices on Approval of Supplementary Drug Application from the National Medical Products Administratio, approving the transfer of the marketing authorization for Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets (10mg, 5mg) to Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
