On 15 April 2025, Jointown disclosed the Announcement on Commissioned Financing in the First Quarter of 2025. In the first quarter of 2025, there was a total of RMB 5,490,422,000 of commissioned financing, and the balance of commissioned financing at the end of the first quarter was RMB 0.
