On 17 June 2025, the Company convened the 15th meeting of its 6th Board of Directors and reviewed and approved the following six proposals: "Proposal on the Election of Members to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board"; "Proposal on Revising the 2023-2025 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Draft) and its Summary"; "Proposal on Revising the Management Measures for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan"; "Proposal on the Third Allocation of the 2023-2026 Employee Stock Ownership Plan"; "Proposal on the Dividend Distribution Plan for Preferred Shares"; and "Proposal on Expanding the Business Scope and Amending the Articles of Association".
