On 19 June 2025, Jointown issued the Announcement on Expanding Business Scope and Revising the Articles of Association. To meet the needs of expanding its business scope, the Company plans to add the following to its business operations: loading and unloading, warehousing services, logistics support services, catering services, education and training services, convention and meeting services, business management services, legal consulting, cultural and creative services, health management services, marketing and promotion, marketing planning services, business operations management services, and e-commerce operation services. Meanwhile, in accordance with the requirements of the Hubei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation and the Company's specific circumstances, the relevant articles of the "Articles of Association" will be revised.
