On 15 March 2025, Jointown disclosed the Announcement on the Progress of Providing Guarantees for Subsidiaries. Due to credit guarantees from banks, the Company provided new guarantees totaling RMB 2.26710 billion for 35 subsidiaries controlled by it in February, and at the same time, guarantees totaling RMB 1.47940 billion were released. As of 28 February 2025, the Company's guarantee balance was RMB 28.413 billion (maximum guarantee amount), primarily for its controlled subsidiaries and their subordinate companies. The Company has control over the guaranteed parties and their current operating status is good, so the risks of the guarantees are controllable.
